RETURNS
These terms and conditions constitute the return and refund policy of Human Hair Supplies.
If you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to make it right.
Terms and Conditions for Returns
1. The customer has 14 days to lodge a return using the form below, after the date of delivery.
2. After a return has been initiated by filling out the form below, the customer will receive by email instuctions for returning the unwanted items.
3. Postage costs for returning items to Human Hair Supplies due to change of mind, or incorrect color choice, will be paid by the buyer.
4. Postage costs for returning a faulty item will be reimbursed to the buyer by Human Hair Supplies when the return is processed.
5. For hygiene reasons, all returned items will undergo inspection upon being received by Human Hair Supplies.
6. Items showing evidence of use, wear, or alteration will not be accepted for an exchange or refund and will be sent back to the buyer via standard postage.
7. Items must be returned to Human Hair Supplies under the following conditions;
a) The condition of the item must be the same as it was when it was received.
b) The item must be unused, unaltered, unworn and in its original packaging.
8. Refund processing time is 2-3 business days, the purchase price of the unwanted item/items will be returned via the original payment method.
9. After 14 days of the order being delivered to the customer, if no return has been lodged, Human Hair Supplies shall not accept any return.
10. 14 days after the customer has lodged a return, if the unwanted item has not been received by us and no proof of shipment has been provided, the return will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
